Dr. Fareeha Nasir is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician practicing in Hemet, California, offering comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages—from adults to seniors. With approximately 3 years of medical experience since completing her residency in 2024, she specializes in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine, delivering care that addresses the full spectrum of adult health needs including chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute conditions.

Dr. Nasir completed her medical education at Islamabad Medical & Dental College in Pakistan, graduating in 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Harlem Hospital Center in affiliation with Columbia University in New York, where she began her training in July 2021. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Nasir enjoys spending time with her family and values the importance of work-life balance while remaining dedicated to her patients’ care.
